My aim in a Yoga Nama class is to create a relaxed, welcoming and safe environment in which to practice. Whether you are hoping to reduce stress and learn to relax, gain flexibility and strength, reduce back pain, encourage a healthy, positive pregnancy and prepare for the birth of your baby, or regain fitness after birth, illness or injury, I hope to share with you the many benefits that Yoga can bring.


This ancient Indian ‘Science of Life’ can provide you with simple, effective techniques to help you feel better physically, mentally and emotionally.

Yoga Nama offers a range of classes for omptimum well-being in the Bath, Bradford on Avon, and Trowbridge area.
