Gentle Yoga

Take time to relax and rejuvenate body and mind. Yoganama’s Gentle Yoga classes include stretching and strengthening postures, breathing practices and deep relaxation.


A flowing, mindful class, drawing on different schools and techniques. This is particularly suitable for those new to Yoga, or if you suffer from back pain, arthritis or other injuries, or simply if you  prefer a less demanding class.
